when someone shows interest in a personal ad, it's safe to assume they skimmed it a bit and found something in common, right? I used to think so.

I spent money to join so I can read the e-mail some woman sent to me. "hey, like your profile, let's talk!". so I reply "sure, lets talk! how are you today?"

her reply? (now, I'm paraphrasing here)

"everything you're for, I'm against. thanks for your interest though!"

huh?

this is like someone answering your ad selling a used fridge. you tell them yes, it's still available...and getting a reply back "sorry, I was actually looking for a motorcycle"
